Pipi Langoureuse is one of the key signature works in my Odd Stories series, a universe where fiction and adulthood collide in a sensual, poetic twist. This photograph retells the coming-of-age of Pippi Longstocking through a grown-up, offbeat lens. Not as the child heroine we know, but as a young woman discovering her own agency: more shy, still mischievous, defiantly herself.
